GR Yaris Update: Performance Car Continues to Ignite the Market

There has been extraordinary demand for Toyota's GR Yaris sports car in Australia.

Toyota Australia recognises the enormous appeal of its GR Yaris for Australian customers and has endeavoured to secure as many examples as possible to satisfy that demand. To date, approximately 1700 GR Yaris vehicles have been delivered to customers.

To support passionate fans and the upcoming delivery of all vehicles ordered by customers to date, Toyota Australia has made the decision to place a temporary pause from July 1 on receiving future orders for GR Yaris, and expects to announce a recommencement of order taking for this much loved vehicle soon.

Toyota Australia's Vice President Sales, Marketing and Franchise Operations Sean Hanley said GR Yaris has given an enormous boost to the awareness and appeal of the Gazoo Racing performance brand in Australia.

"The GR Yaris is a fan favourite with enthusiasts and we are pleased that we have been able to ignite the performance-car market. This vehicle continues to exceed expectations and we look forward to continuing our momentum with the GR brand in Australia," Mr Hanley said.

Toyota Australia will continue to negotiate to secure further supply and announce further details of sales of GR Yaris in due course.

  • Increasing the depth of our nightly site clean

If you are still concerned about having your vehicle serviced you may wish to use our Contactless Service Option.  Simply follow the instructions:

  • Drop your keys off in our Early Bird Key Box located on the wall at Service
  • Pay over the phone when your car is completed
  • Pick up your keys and you're away
